För att få studentpriser behöver du visa upp ditt studentkort innan din första bokning. Du kan antingen visa upp det i receptionen eller skicka en bild på ditt studentkort i chatten på hemsidan. Börja med att skapa en profil på Matchi.se och skicka därefter namn, mailadress (samma som du använt på Matchi) och en bild på ett giltigt student- ID.
JA! Det finns ett gym i hallen, men det drivs av Fitness24Seven. För mer information, se www.fitness24seven.se
Det är olika priser för olika sporter samt om du är student eller ej och beroende på vilken tid du vill spela. Tryck på respektive sport under fliken "Sporter" på hemsidan för att se de olika priserna.
Ja. I receptionen kan du hyra racket till alla de sporter vi erbjuder. Du kan även köpa en bollar (Badminton, tennis, pingis). OBS: Om du spelar någon annan av de sporter som vi erbjuder går det att hyra boll. (Fotboll, basket, volleyboll).
Kontraktstid bokar man via mail. (Det går inte att skaffa en kontraktstid via receptionen). Skicka in ditt önskemål (sport, tid, dag, etc) till info@frescatisportscenter.se.
Har du bokat en bana via Matchi.se (https://www.matchi.se/facilities/frescatisportscenter)avbokar du banan själv via Matchi. Har du bokat en bana i receptionen måste du komma hit för att avboka för att göra en återbetalning. För att få pengarna tillbaka måste du avboka senast 24 timmar innan bokad tid och pengarna återbetalas till ditt konto inom några dagar bortsett från en liten kortavgift.
Nej, du kan inte boka en bana över telefon. Boka antingen via Matchi.se (https://www.matchi.se/facilities/frescatisportscenter)eller i receptionen. Det är inte möjligt att reservera en bana och betala på plats då betalningen sker i samband med bokningen.
Matchi är ett externt system som vi använder oss av. Om du har problem med att boka/betala en bana är det bäst att kontakta matchis kundtjänst direkt via deras hemsida.
Nej. SSIF är hyresgäster i hallen och har egen separat verksamhet. Frescati Sports Center och SSIF är inte samma företag. Här är SSIF:s hemsida.(https://www.ssif.nu/)

Pingis spelar du på en halva av badmintonbana nr 5. Bokar du tex pingis på 5A har du bokat ett pingisbord som du kan ställa ut på ena halvan av badmintonbana nr 5. Du rullar själv fram ett bord på ena sidan av nätet, ställer upp barriärer för att sedan ta undan all utrustning när din bokade tid är slut.
MT står för “minitennis”. Står det “MT” innan betyder det att man även kan spela minitennis på den banan. Då sänker man ner nätet på en vanlig badmintonplan.
Absolut! Hos oss är alla välkomna, stora som små. Kom ihåg att du själv ansvarar för dina barn i hallen.
Nej. Det är inte tillåtet att ta med husdjur in i hallen, även om de är små/ligger i en väska.
Ja det finns en parkeringsplats men den tillhör universitetsområdet och inte Frescati Sports Center. Vi kan därför inte garantera parkeringsplats. Parkeringen är avgiftsbelagd.
Ja. Det finns skåp inne i omklädningsrummet som du kan låna gratis under ditt träningstillfälle. Glöm inte att tömma ditt skåp och ta bort hänglåset när du är klar med träningen (ej tömda skåp klipps upp och töms vid stängning). Hänglås kan köpas i receptionen under bemannade öppettider. Det finns även större skåp i korridoren utanför omklädningsrummen att hyra terminsvis om du vill kunna lämna kvar dina träningsgrejer även efter stängning.

YES! There is a gym in our facility, but the gym is run by Fitness24Seven. For more information, visit www.fitness24seven.se.
To get our student price you need to show us your valid student-ID/student card before your first booking. You can either visit us in the facility and show your student card/app to our reception staff or send us a print screen of your student card in our chat service at frescatisportscenter.se (open weekdays 9AM-4PM).

2. Open the chat and send us your first- and last name,email (same email as you used when creating your Matchi-profile) and a print screen of your valid student- ID
No, you can´t book over the phone. Book your court through either Matchi.se (https://www.matchi.se/facilities/frescatisportscenter)or at our reception.
It´s not possible to reserve a court and pay later since the payment is connected with your booking.
If you have booked a court through Matchi.se (https://www.matchi.se/facilities/frescatisportscenter)you can cancel the booking yourself by
logging in to your Matchi-account. Your money (except a small transaction fee, will be transfered back to your card that you have paid with), normally within a couple of bank days. If you have booked a court at our reception you need to come to the facility in order cancel your booking and to get the refund. Your booking always have to be cancelled at least 24 hours before booked time to get a refund.
Yes. At the reception you can rent rackets to all the sports we are offering. You can also purchase shuttles/balls (badminton,tennis, table tennis).
ATT: If you play one of the other sports we offer you can rent a ball (futsal/football, basketball, volleyball)
No. We are two diferent “companies”. SSIF are tenants in the facility and have their own separate activities. Find out more on their website.(https://www.ssif.nu/)
There are different prices for different sports. The prices also vary depending on if you are a student or not and what time you want to play. Under "Sports" on the website you will find the specific prices.

It means that you book one half of Badminton court number 5 to play table tennis on. Before you can start you need to bring out the table and barriers yourself (placed beside court number 5) and when finished put them back again. You don´t need to take down the badminton net since you´re only playing on one half of the badminton court.
MT is a short version of “Minitennis”. If it says “MT” after the court number it means that you can also play minitennis on that court. When playing minitennis you lower down the badminton net and play with a tennis racket and a soft tennis ball on a badminton court. Rackets and soft ball could be rented at our reception.
Of course! Everyone are welcome in our facility. Please remember that you as a parent/adult are responsible for your children in the facility.
No. It´s not allowed to bring pets inside the facility, even if they are small/ placed in a bag etcetera.
Matchi is an external booking system that we use for our booking services. If any difficulties/malfunctions occur when trying to book/pay, please contact matchi support directly through their website (matchi.se).
Yes, there is a parking lot outside the facility however it belongs to Stockholm University and not Frescati Sports Center. Therefore we can´t guarantee that there are avalible parking spots. The parking lot is subject to a charge.
Yes. There are lockers inside the changing rooms where you can store your belongings while training (needs to be emptied and unlocked when leaving after your training session is done). You can purchase a padlock at our reception during our manned opening hours. We also rent out lockers per semester where you can store your things over night. Please contact the reception if you are interested in renting a locker for the semester.
